I am so sad that I want to cry but there's nothing to be sad about nor cry about. I seem to be having this lingering low cloud all over me these days. It keeps me from enjoying my books and from writing worthy stories.
The ideas comes during the night, when I am half sleeping so I couldn't really get up to type them. But then when I woke up in the morning, I am sad again.... I also have strong dreams lately, so vivid that I'd woke up with tight chest. Like last night, I dreamed that a convicted rapist was hanged to death and he was my father. I was about 9 and was crying so hard. I originally went there to have a story but things turned differently. When I woke up, I can still feel that heaviness in the chest like you really cried and can't breath
What's wrong with me? What do I want and what do these dreams mean?
Whatever it is, I would have to shake off the bad vibes because it's affecting my usual cheerful self.

There's nothing wrong with you. I have the same problem. I even have nightmares that keep me awake for weeks. I even tried sleeping pills. But don't go there. It's not healthy.
My mom suggested that I include lots of anti oxidants in my diet, and skip caffeine & processed food. It's working. Try it sometime. :)
Ohh dear, that's sad.
I think it's just that you are not feeling very good making you have those bad dreams and having those bad dreams making you feel more heavier... vicious circle huh !
I hope you feel better now. I think a good sound sleep will help.
Or may be hanging out with a close friend and a good laugh together.
i have no idea girl but i have the most vivid, scary dreams like that too. if you put crystals by your bed it should help your dreams. dont ask me why.. haha my mom just has done a lot of research and told me that. good luck with feeling better.
Some nice soothing music and warm tea before sleeping?...try it..and as Lopa said rightly its a circle..bad dreams to bad feelings to more bad dreams...just shake it up girl....go for a fun movie and treat urself with some awesome chocolate..:)..I am sure you will get better soon...may be some shopping wld be good..;)
This is sad. I'm not sure why you are having these types of dreams. Maybe something is stirring this up during the day, but you don't see realize it? I am not a pro about these things, but perhaps if I may make a suggestion during the daytime, at least once a week, try an hour or so doing something which brings traquility to you? I have found sometimes making time for myself helps. Lately and for the last year, I have been doing this. Sewing, working in the garden, going for a bicycle ride away from the busy streets, calling or visiting a friend, or listening to my favorite music. In the evening, about an hour before bed, I have cup of chamomille tea with some honey. But whatever works best for you, but I hope whatever is causing this will leave you be & soon.

Hoi Pinay !
Nightmares huh ? Try to follow the tips above but I also have something else for you. It seems odd but worked for me. It is a bit esoterical but it does work for lots of people.
1) First, do not describe nightmares to other people. You give them power. You can talk about your dreams to good friends and people with good vibes though.
2) As soon as you remember the images of your nightmare mention aloud: DISSONANTIA.
3) In case of a lovely dream say it ot yourself: MOMENTUM.
Pls give it a try ! :)
